Saudis Vow to Dump US Assets if 9/11 Bill Passes

Saudi Arabia told the US government that they will sell off over 750 billion dollars in US assets if the Obama administration passes a controversial 9/11 bill.

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir informed US lawmakers during a trip to Washington that Saudi Arabia would be forced to sell Treasury securities and other American financial assets on the world market, because of fears that Saudi assets would be frozen

The details about the Saudis’ ultimatum come several days after reports that President Obama will soon decide whether to declassify 28 pages of sealed documents suspected of showing a Saudi connection to the deadly 9/11 terror attacks.

Judge Says No To Cross

LA County Seal

A Federal Judge in Los Angeles County deemed the tiny cross of the mission on the county seal was unconstitutional.

Judge Christina A. Snyder granted a permanent injunction against the change on Wednesday. Adding the cross "places the County's power, prestige, and purse behind a single religion, Christianity" in violation of the U.S. and state constitutions, she wrote. The county seal is used on buildings, vehicles and publications. The original 1957 seal included a cross floating above the Hollywood Bowl. The cross was removed in 2004 when the seal was redesigned after the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California threatened legal action.

In 2014, Supervisors Michael Antonovich and Don Knabe argued for adding a cross to the top of the mission on the seal, saying it would be a more accurate portrayal. The motion passed 3-2. The ACLU and a number of clergy members from different faiths immediately sued.

On Monday ,March 28th, a U.S. Navy ship seized a massive Iranian arms shipment in the Arabian Sea The seizure included thousands of weapons, AK-47 rifles and rocket-propelled grenade launchers, the Pentagon stated.

Iran has been supporting Houthi rebels in Yemen in their proxy war against a Saudi-led coalition backed by the United States. Like Iran, the Houthis are a Shia-led group.

The Navy said the shipment included 1,500 AK-47s, 200 rocket-propelled grenade launchers and 21 .50-caliber machine guns.

The Islamic Republic continues to thumb its nose at the international community with provocative actions. On Friday, President Obama said Iran was obeying the "letter" of its landmark nuclear agreement with the West, but not the "spirit" of it.

China to Deploy Nuke That Reaches US Soil

DF 41 Nuclear Missile

A new generation of Chinese intercontinental ballistic missiles with a 14,500 km estimated range may come into service in 2016. The DF-41 would be the first Chinese missile that's not only capable of carrying multiple warheads, but can also strike any part of the U.S. from anywhere in China.

"Given the number of real reported tests, it is reasonable to speculate the DF-41 will be deployed to PLA Strategic Rocket Force bases in 2016," said Richard Fisher, senior fellow at the International Assessment and Strategy Center in Washington.

With tensions already high in the South China Sea, President Barack Obama prepares to meet China's President Xi Jinping at a nuclear security summit in Washington on Thursday.

Reports estimate that this will give China 200-400 intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles while the US and Russia both have over 4000 plus warheads stockpiled
